People often use that question as a weapon, forcing you to justify yourself, yet if we accept that all our thoughts and actions are towards that end, then it's a valid question we should consider. How would you rate your happiness on a scale of 1 to 10? 

Hold that number in mind.

Now what would you give to permanently rate yourself right at the top of that scale - I mean...at number ten (always)?

Yes really...I don't mean fleeting happiness once in a blue moon or on some special occasion. I mean all the time. 24 hours a day, every single minute of your life!

Imagine waking up each morning and being filled with a sense of delight and excitement about the day ahead. You already know that this is going to be yet another exhilaratingly powerful day of your life.

As you shower and have breakfast your smile and air of confidence is simply unmistakeable, and as you leave your house others are already picking up on your positivity and smiling back at you.

Can this really happen?

Think about it. You're floating on cloud 9 from the moment you get up thru' to the second you fall asleep (and that sense of well-being continues even in your sleep). How much more could you accomplish if this was a true reflection on your own existence?
