Concentration is conditioning
of the mind to be one-pointed.
It is narrow state of mind.
Concentration makes one to become more and more closed to the multi
dimensions of existence.
Concentration is the process of exclusion and it creates great conflict,
tension.
Concentration is an act or continuous effort of the mind which results in
feeling of exhausted and tiredness.
Consciousness is one’s natural ability to flow in all directions; it is
being aware of all.
It is beyond mind.
Consciousness is expansion, all inclusive.
Consciousness is to be available to the whole richness of existence; it is
multi-dimensional.
Consciousness is a state of total relaxation and energetic.
Consciousness can concentrate on anything.
But the mind trained only to concentrate, finds it not easy to relax and
conscious of the whole. |
