We all know that on
paper, Indian cricket team looks like the strongest team in the world. Go
ahead; compare the individual players record with the individual players of
world champion team Australia.
Then how come India loses the match quite regularly?
They never (seldom) plays as TEAM
They never combined their egos to form a team. Individual players always
have bigger ego then the team.
The rule is very simple
The day they would be able to put team ahead of their personal goals and
ego. They would become the world champion
Team India
No one should be above that
One team – one ego- one leader
The next step, should be to form the value system, guiding beliefs
Should work on emotional bonding
Plan – vision and mission
Then go ahead and execute the plan to best of your ability
Recipe of strong team is ready
Don’t follow and you would keep on producing the same results as in the past
