When the object of desire is in
contact with the senses
there is excitement - the peak.
When the object of desire is not in contact with the sensesor
when the senses are drained, exhausted there is depression - the valley.
Peak:
One always cling to the peak of excitement and always ‘for’ peak.
The very clinging to the peak, the very desire to prolong it,
the very desire to make it lasts forever creates the tension.
In the very tension, in the very fear of losing the peak
one is always partial in experiencing the peak and misses the peak.
It is not only of missing the peak and also creating valley in the peak
itself.
That’s the pain and suffering. |
