Peak, Valley and the state of Balance(Valley)

Valley:
In the very nature of existence the valley follows the peak.
Any desire reaches the peak and then fall in to the valley.
It is the nature of the flow of energy which is the basis for all
excitement.
If there is no valley then there is no peak.
One always try to reject the valley of excitement and ‘against’ valley.
Every effort to reject the valley, to escape from the valley proves failure.
Because of this failure one feels guilt.
One who accepts only the peak and rejects the valley
makes the valley deeper and deeper which results in more pain and suffering. |
