This section is dedicated to
Sri Poorna and his valuable insights.
Poorna, an enlightened mystic, is now sharing
his moments in all their many dimensions
and thus spreading Silence, Inner joy, and Love to the whole of humanity. In
that vision he started a non-profit organization named “Life Sutras Foundation”
in March 2007.

When the object of desire is in contact with the senses
there is excitement - the peakWhen the object of desire is not in contact with the sensesor
when the senses are drained, exhausted there is depression - the valley.

Valley:
In the very nature of existence the valley follows the peak.
Any desire reaches the peak and then fall in to the valley.

The sate of balance:
The state of balance is not being afraid of peak and valley.
The state of balance is not saying ‘no’ to both and drag the life to death.
It is surely not of life negative.

Emotional attachment with particular person or thing is not love.
Emotion with out attachment and available to the whole is Love.
When you are emotionally attached

You are nothing but a possibility extended by the whole to reach the ultimate.
You are nothing but a wave coming from the whole to touch the peak.
You are nothing but a flower blooming to fill the whole with fragrance.

Bliss is merging with existence, feeling one with existence.
Whenever you are rejoicing, your ego disappears.
Bliss gives the taste of oneness.
