Short Introduction to the Tao meditation Technique
Tao meditation Technique
is very simple and natural way of meditation.
Tao meditation Technique
is as natural as breathing and eating. We do not have to learn how to breathe
or eat. We call it the Tao of meditation because it is one of the many
manifestations estimations of the Tao. As described in the Tao Te Ching , the
Tao is NOT subject to definition:
Tao meditation
is nature itself,
Tao meditation
is infinite; Tao meditation
has no boundaries and
Tao meditation
cannot be methodized. It is therefore shocking to find many authors and
self-proclaimed masters methodising
Tao meditation
and insisting, among other things, that it is the "correct" way to meditateTao meditation Technique.

Broadly speaking, there
are 3 levels of experience in the Tao meditation:
-
Tao Meditation Level 1 - Finding Out
A process of
self-discovery and finding out how the mind works. Learning how to observe
the mental process and discover our biggest enemy is our conditioned mind.
Our thoughts, actions and responses are a result of our set pattern of
beliefs.
-
Tao Meditation Level 2 - Letting Go
The previous
process flows onto the second level of letting go. We realize that our own
anxieties and frustrations exist, not because of our problems, but from our
inability to 'let go'. At this level, we need to liberate ourselves from the
contents of the mind.
-
Tao
Meditation Level 3 - Opening Out
The third level
will come naturally once we can transcend (see through) the contents of the
mind. We start to see and feel the infinite dimension of our consciousness
as we open out. We see the world and reality from a much wider perspective,
as we break free from the boundaries we have drawn for ourselves in our
minds.
Now a
days Tao
meditation Technique
has become so commercial product. That people are amazed when told that Tao
Meditation has no method.
There are no goals to
accomplish in
Tao meditation Technique
because they only bring anxiety and frustration.
To many, this is incomprehensible, because any formal activity must have a
procedure.
