There are only two
types of people in the world
1 The leaders – Gandhi as an example
Leaders have very strong ego. They are very rare. The real leaders can be
counted on fingers. The whole secret of their power is that they are
self-sufficient, self-motivated and self-generated. They serve nothing and
no one; they live for themselves and only by doing so they achieve the
things, which are the glory of mankind.
Their selfishness does not imply the use of other men and nor are they
affected by the approval of others. On the contrary, it is the others who
benefit from them. They live the life based on a very strong value and
ethical system.
They are the real creators. They are like magnets and attract lot of
followers. They are charismatic.
The ideal leader is a man who is strong, proud, clean, wise, fearless and
guiltless.
2 The followers
Majority is born to be followers. Their individual ego is very weak. They
struggle and suffer in the game called life, if they play alone.
The only way, they can succeed is when they surrendered to a leader and
merge their ego with the leader.
The god, supreme power, is one option where the followers can surrender
their ego and live peacefully and successfully
